Posted by Julie in : Daily Grind , trackbackFour-day workweek makes Thursdays seem like Fridays. Which is always a good thing. It means in two hours, I get out of here for a four-day weekend. I’m taking Monday off work because I’m baby-sitting Rick’s youngest until the wee hours of Monday morning while he takes the oldest to camp upstate. And I figured, I’m going to be tired, why hike into work and be worthless when the kid and I can sit together and watch Rick’s softball games on Monday? So that’s the plan.
Also cat-sitting for Jordana starting Saturday. All that means is that I go over to her house once a day to make sure the cat has some food and water, and then I get to play in her backyard. And maybe grill something. I mean, the King of Charcoal needs to burn stuff, right? So maybe we’ll make a night of it next week and go over, Rick, the youngest, and me.
