The end of my week is going to be boring because all the divas will be off having their Vegas adventure and I will have less blogs to read. So sad. Those entries had better be good when you come back, ladies! Oh, and I clipped something out of the paper this morning for you all. I remember hearing about the expensive taxis the last time you were there, so when I read about the shuttle buses and trolleys this morning, I figured you would like the info. Public buses: one way Strip fare is $2. Their number is 702-228-7433, and their website is www.rtc-southernnevada.com. The Strip Tolley one way is $1.75, 702-382-1404, www.bell-trans.com. Just thought I’d make your lives a little easier. 
There were some really incredible storms here last night. Rick and I raised the blinds and watched the lightning for a couple of hours. The thunder wasn’t bad at all so we just had a free light show.
Oh, and speaking of Rick, my boyfriend was the MVP of his softball team yesterday. They won by two runs, one of the batted in by Rick. And he plays catcher and got mowed down at the plate, but got the guy out. He now has a black eye and a huge scrape on his knee. But, typical male, he doesn’t care because he was the MVP. Ah, testosterone…
And finally, props to Letterman, who last night asked Amber Brkch if she didn’t think Boston Rob had proposed to get his hands on the money. HA! Exactly what the rest of us are thinking! Thank you, Dave, you made my night.
